My interest in photography came about during my high school years, when I first learned that photos do much more than show a picture. They can evoke emotions, memories, or even inspire action. My background is in wildlife ecology and conservation so many of my photos deal with nature. I may not be a photographer for National Geographic, but I hope my photos leave you with a sense of importance for the natural world.
